  They were wonderful up until I went into labor causing a hospital stay leading to me being late on a payment. Josh was over the top rude and disrespectful aside from his inability to understand the situation. After reporting to corporate and dealing with more poor customer service accounts with this location I decided to go through Rent A Center. Completely unwilling to pick up on anyones but their times. Said I didn’t return when I most certainly had them come pick up. Oh, and they entered the building on MULTIPLE accounts without being let in (our building has a buzzer system for security) which is illegal entry. Josh still works there. He shouldn’t.
